How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from the US and most arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see your order status.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Right now we ship to addresses within the United States only.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Toys in the same order sometimes ship from different locations, so they can arrive on different days. Your tracking email covers each package.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add any 2 toys to your cart and get 10% off. Add 3 or more and get 15% off. It applies automatically, no code needed.
Bundle discounts can't be combined with other discount codes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address or cancel it with a full refund.
What if my toy arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our refund policy.
Can I return something I don't love?
Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you.
Are the toys good for kids?
Most of our toys work for kids and grown-ups alike. Check each product page for details.
Sensory Putty Stones contain small magnets and are for ages 14+ only. Keep them away from young children and pets.
Do the colors match the photos?
We show the toys as accurately as we can. Some items, like the Mini Fidget Slugs, come in assorted colors, so your exact mix may differ.
