Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How long it takes

Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery: most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of being placed.

Busy seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping cost

Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders under $35: $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by signing in to your account.

Orders with several items

Toys in the same order may ship from different locations, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. Packages may arrive in our fulfillment partner's packaging.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Late or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund.
