1. Overview

This website is operated by QuietlyBusy ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and safety

We do our best to show product colors, sizes and details accurately, but your screen and individual items may vary slightly. Our toys are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please follow the age guidance and safety warnings on each product page. Products containing small magnets, such as Sensory Putty Stones, are for ages 14+ and must be kept away from young children and pets.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Discounts

Discount codes and automatic bundle discounts can't be combined unless we say so. Discounts have no cash value, may have usage limits and end dates, and can be changed or ended at any time.

6. Orders, shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep everything on this site correct and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

8. Third-party services

Payments and checkout are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuietlyBusy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
